Reference evapotranspiration based on climate (temperature, wind, radiation, humidity).
FAO-56 method using NASA POWER data.

Formula:
ETc = ET₀ × Kc × (Coverage / 100)
- ET₀ = climate
- Kc = vegetation
- Coverage = vegetation density
